Job creation in Kerala

I was in this hospital named Aster Medi city for the last 3 days. The hospital really impressed me for vastness and also for its employee efficiency ( including the very senior doctors). It has more than 6000 employee count. Predominantly qualified Muslim boys and girls. I am also aware of the Lulu malls , where many Muslim boys and girls are employed. This is the best thing, Shri Azad Mooppan and Shri Yusuf Ali has done for their religion. They are making these boys and girls responsible human beings, responsible to their parents, other relatives and the society in general. No government can do this. No religious teachings can do this. Give them good, responsible and paying jobs and their whole family will be saved. The Christian churches, Temples, SNDP, NSS, shivgiri etc should try and create jobs for their community, predominantly and for others as well. This is urgently required in Kerala. While saluting the management of Aster and Lulu, I request others also to take a lead.
