India certainly need smaller states. Uttarakand has started some developmental work under a BJP government and as a smaller state. NDT did absolutely nothing for this new state as the first CM of the new state.
Best will be to create India into several sectors based on the geographical conditions and let young , energetic, educated and progressive people lead these states. No religion or language or anything like that being the basis for this.
The matured , experienced and capable leaders like Devendra Fadnavis, Nitish Kumar, Yogi Adityanath etc join the central government in the larger interest of our nation. 10 to 15 sectors can be under one governor, one university and one High court.
We should now talk only about development.
Sab ka Saath, Sab ka Vikas and Sab ka Vishwas.
These sectors will concentrate on agriculture, health , employment and infrastructure development.
Rivers, Railways, police and education will be under the central government along with Foreign affairs, Finance and Defence .
